EACH CLASS IS SPLIT INTO THREE SECTIONS…
1. Conditioning
This is the part where we get your blood flowing and get you warmed up and ready to go!
We start each class starts with a burst of awesome exercises such as… crunchies, squats, burpies and lunges
You will get a fantastic workout for the whole body, burn calories and feel amazing!
2. Stretching
When you are warmed up and good to go, we move into stretching
As always, now’s the time to grab a drink and get ready for the third section of the class…
3. Martial Arts
This is the secret sauce! We fuse together the best aspects of boxing and freestyle martial arts. We start with upper body combinations to work your shoulders and triceps. Then we hit those glutes and thighs with lower body combinations…
Next, it’s all about strengthening the core, chest, abs with knockout hooks and plank work. You will also learn how to ‘Slip Bob and Weave’
